Miserable stay-at-home weekend is here again

We’ll stick to the rules as the weekend curfew is still observed in Turkey. Just like many we are becoming miserable stay-at-home. But because we are we will be finishing another project – the up – to – date report for the Post Office Holiday Money Report. According to its recent publication ‘Not only was Turkey voted one of the destinations rated best value by British holidaymakers – see page six of the attached report brochure – but Marmaris was runner-up in the Worldwide Holiday Costs Barometer featuring 46 destinations. Turkey is Entering Full Lockdown

The president of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has announced a national lockdown for Turkey to bring the number of positive cases of COVID-19 and deaths. The lockdown will begin from the 29th of April at 19:00 hrs. to end on the 17th of May 05:00 AM. People are told to stay at home and shop at local markets or supermarkets closest to their homes, and to work from home where it is possible to do so. This is all that is allowed until the 17th of May. This also means our #morningviews campaign will be forced to stop during the lockdown. Yet we will be loading earlier photos and videos online and share more great content from Marmaris and Icmeler.
