What lockdown rules are changing?

From 17 May – 1 June 2021

Weekend curfew continues from 21:00 Friday to 05:00 Monday.
Weekdays curfew continues from 21:00 to 05:00.

Lockdown restrictions for citizens and residents aged 65 and over and under 18:
No restrictions will be imposed on citizens and residents of 65 years old and older for those who have received two doses of the vaccine

Citizens and residents of 65 years and older who have not been vaccinated with two doses are allowed to go out on weekdays from 10:00 until 14:00.

Restrictions for children and your people under the age of 18 are lifted.

All non-essential retail are open from 07:00 – 20:00 on weekdays

Shopping malls are open from 10:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and closed on weekends.

Public services are open from 10:00 to 16:00

Kindergartens and pre-school continue to be open.

Intercity travel restrictions are lifted except for curfew hours and days as per above.

Travel by public transportation during the curfew hours and days is allowed. Limited to 50% capacity until further notice.

Citizens and residents of 65 and over and children under 18 will not be allowed to used public transport in the city.

Travel by private transport during the curfew hours and days is allowed only in exceptional cases, subject to permits.

Take away dining and cafes are open

Fitness facilities, pubs, hookah lounges and cafes, cinema, coffee houses, tea gardens, swimming pools, Turkish baths, sauna and massage centers, amusement parks remain closed

Registration of marriage is continued, however wedding ceremonies, engagement parties, henna nights are forbidden until 1 June 2021.

Those who have a reservation made and paid are exempted from intercity travel and lockdown restrictions.
