If you
are looking for a genuine no strings welcome with a bunch of
incredibly fun and welcoming guys go to the Sarah bar. Turan and
Turgut
(Antonio and Toogood - you'll understand when you meet them) looked
after
us no end, not only in the bar with about the best cocktail choice
in the
area and the great food, but also selflessly organising trips and
even jeep
hire at much lower rates than either the hotels or the street shops.
Since
the first visit we have returned with the kids, visited Istanbul
with Turan
and will be going again in the future. It is very rare to find a
people who
really care, we found them in Marmaris. The bar/restaurant is in
Armutalan
next to Hotel Ares. Tell them that Deb and Simon recommended you
just to see
the surprise on their faces. Ask them to see "The Dance". |
