GUIDANCE FOR BRITISH NATIONALS

For Birth Registration and Child Passport please provide and be aware of the following

1) Father's birth certificate

2) Mother's birth certificate

3) The original birth report of the baby

4) If parents are not married, declaration of parenthood. Fee no. 3.2 - Ł 30 GBP for each parent**

5) Form; Application form for registration of a birth. (Volume 6, part 2, Annex 1.2)

6) Marriage certificate

7) "Dogum Kayit Ornegi" and "Mernis Dogum Tutanagi" forms from the Turkish registry office

8) C2 form

9) 2 recent pictures of the child

Upon completion of the above you have fulfilled the criteria for a British National to marry in Turkey. Details of Fees for these services are given below.

* Fee no. 29 - Ł 55 GBP

* Fee no. 31 - Ł 35 GBP

* Fee no. 12b(ii) - Ł 29 GBP and postage fee

** Fee no. 3.2 - Ł 30 GBP for each parent

Note: All fees are paid in local currency at the current Consular Rate of Exchange.
